1. SPONSOR: Aurezzi International AB, located at KIVRA: 559435-8417, 106 31 Stockholm. Sweden.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Oral Gold Sweepstakes (referred herein as “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of, and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Aurezzi International AB, its respective parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employee (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.

3. ENTRY PERIODS: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00am Pacific Time (“PT”) on February 20, 2024 and ends at 11:59pm PT on March 31, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor or its designated agent’s computer system or Instagram/TikTok timestamp shall be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER: You can enter the Sweepstakes via one of the two methods below:

(A) Entry via the purchase method: you are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes when you purchase any Aurezzi product during the Sweepstakes Period. Aurezzi products can be purchased at  https://aurezzi.com/pages/aurezzi-pre-launch

(B) ) Entry via the free method: share a post on your Instagram or TikTok account and your post must include either:
i) an image of Aurezzi product(s) which can be found at  https://aurezzi.com/pages/aurezzi-pre-launch and and tag @Aurezzi including hashtag #OralGoldSweepstakes; or
ii) repost an Instagram reel from Aurezzi official Instagram account (at www.instagram.com/aurezzi), and tag @Aurezzi including hashtag #OralGoldSweepstakes.

You must have a non-private Instagram or TikTok account to enter via this method. If your account settings are set to private account, your submission will not be received by Sponsor, resulting in your failure to enter the Sweepstakes. You must adhere to the Instagram or TikTok platforms Terms of Use.

Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Incomplete entry will be disqualified.

Entry guidelines when sharing your Instagram or TikTok Sweepstakes post:
 With the exception of any Aurezzi’s property, your post must not violate any third-party rights including, but not limited to: copyrights, trademark, right of publicity or any other proprietary rights unless you have their permission prior to posting;
 Your post must not include any content that is libelous, defamatory, adult-oriented or sexually explicit, offensive language, portraying or advocating violence, discrimination, illegal activities, racism or hatred;
 Post must not denigrates, disparages or reflects negatively on the Sponsor, its products or its employees, or on any other person, company, product or service.

If an entry includes any of the prohibited elements listed above, the entry will be disqualified, along with the entrant who submitted it. The above list is not intended to be exhaustive; the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, including if it finds an entrant acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or harassing other entrant(s). Sponsor reserves the right to use any comment/review submitted in this Sweepstakes. The inclusion of an entry in the Sponsor’s social media feeds or website(s) does not indicate that the entrant who submitted it is a winner. By submitting an entry, you hereby agree to grant the rights to the Sponsor, its affiliates and agents, and forever release and hold the Sponsor, their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes and their officers, directors and employees of each of the foregoing, harmless from and against any liability of any kind arising from or in connection with any use of the entry.

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple accounts/identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void, and the entrant may be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of a dispute as to the ownership of any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address or Instagram/TikTok account submitted at time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to: i) an email address by an online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address; and/or ii) a username by Instagram or TikTok application. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. Normal Internet access and data usage charges imposed by your online and cell phone service provider may apply. Sponsor will not confirm receipt of any entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, internet or technical errors, or restriction in the Instagram/TikTok functionality or by any of the equipment/programming associated with the Sweepstakes. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

5. PRIZE AND ITS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is a trip for winner and one (1) guest to an Icehotel in Sweden. Prize ARV: up to $4,900. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Prize consists of:
(a) round trip, coach class air transportation for winner and guest from a major airport located within the United States near winner’s place of residence to Stockholm, Sweden (or a major airport in Sweden), selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.
(b) round trip ground transportation by bus between the airport and hotel.
(c) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations in December 2024 (standard double-occupancy room as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) for winner and guest. One night in an ice room and one night in a standard (warm) room (all accommodations subject to availability).
(d) standard meals: up to two breakfasts and one lunch. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
(e) a dog sledding tour.
(f) an opportunity to create your own ice sculpture.
(g) Northern lights safari on snowmobile.

Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and stay at the hotel on dates specified by the Sponsor or forfeit all rights to prize. All details of the prize will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including the travel dates. Trip is subject to availability, certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Items (e), (f) and (g) above are subject to availability and weather/temperature dependent. Winner and guest must follow all instructions given by representatives of activity/provider at all times. Travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor. Winner and guest must have valid travel documents (e.g., such as but not limited to passport, visa if needed, etc.) prior to trip booking, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Prize does not include incidental charges, baggage fees, travel/medical insurance and/or taxes/gratuities. Guest is required to sign releases of liability and, where legal, publicity releases, or guest portion of the prize will be forfeited. If guest is a minor, winner must be such minor’s parent and must execute and return the guest documents on minor’s behalf. Any minor (as determined by one’s state of residence) must be accompanied by an adult throughout the trip. If winner chooses to partake (or not) in any portion of the prize without a guest, the remaining portion of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Winner or guest must present a valid major credit card for any incidentals in order to check into the hotel. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with a similar prize of comparable value. If no substitute prize or portion of prize is reasonably available then the remaining components, if any, of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. Prize cannot be transferred by winner and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of prize by winner. Prize may not be sold, transferred or otherwise exploited for commercial use. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of winner and guest. If the winner determines that the travel is not permissible due to health or safety reasons, or for any other reasons, the winner will forfeit all rights to the prize and no compensation or substitution be awarded. Trip ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value at the time the prize was fulfilled will not be awarded. No cash redemption is permitted. Prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Prize images depicted in advertising and promotional materials may vary from the actual prize as any depiction of prize is for illustrative purposes only. The trademarks associated with the prize are the property of their respective owners, who are not affiliated with this Sweepstakes, and no endorsement is suggested or implied. Reference to third parties in connection with prize items are for reference and identification purposes and not intended to suggest endorsement or sponsorship with Sponsor, or the Sweepstakes.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization (i.e., Administrator) on or about April 2, 2024. Potential winner will be notified via email or via Instagram or TikTok where the entry originates and required to complete and return an Eligibility/Publicity Release (“Release”) within 5 days of notification. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor or Administrator, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate potential winner may result from any of the following: [a] potential winner’s failure to return the completed Release within 5 days after transmission; [b] email to the potential winner is returned undeliverable; [c] a potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency, if required; [d] a potential winner does not have valid travel documents or unable to travel on dates specified; [e] a potential winner’s failure to provide any required additional information upon Sponsor’s request; and/or [f] any other non-compliance with these Official Rules. Attempts will be made to contact and/or verify up to five alternate potential winners. After five attempts to verify a winner fails, the prize may not be awarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes. As a condition of receiving the prize, winner is required to furnish their Social Security number to the Administrator and an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099-Misc will be filed in the name of winner for the value of the prize awarded. Acceptance of a prize (if determined a winner) constitute permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, winner’s comment, prize won, hometown, photographs/videos and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law.

7. LIMITATIONS: The Sweepstakes Entities do not warrant that access to the Sweepstakes will be uninterrupted. Sweepstakes Entities, Instagram, TikTok, or any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for: (a) entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules; (b) malfunction, lost, interrupted, or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, websites, or other connection, availability, or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Sweepstakes; (c) failure of personal devices and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the offering or announcement of the prize (defined in Section 5) or in any prize notification documents; (d) any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Sweepstakes; (f) any changes or updates that may interfere with the Sweepstakes or your ability to timely enter; (g) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees; or (h) inability to implement the Sweepstakes or award the prize as contemplated herein due to any “force majeure” event beyond its control, including delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies or disturbance, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or regulator.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). In the event of Sweepstakes cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of such cancellation, in a manner determined by Sponsor to be fair, appropriate, and consistent with these Official Rules. If fraud or any other causes that corrupt the administration, security, integrity, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes without any prize award.

8. RELEASES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree: (a) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to participating in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of prize; (b) that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any punitive, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the awarded prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will entrants be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or court costs.

9. GENERAL: The Sweepstakes Entities’ failure to or decision not to enforce any provision in these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in Sweepstakes-related materials, these Official Rules shall prevail. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information provided by you in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://aurezzi.com/pages/privacy-policy-1. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that: i) your personal information supplied to Sponsor may be used by Sponsor for internal marketing purposes; ii) your data is also collected in the European Union and transferred to the Sponsor located in Sweden; and iii) the Sponsor will provide your contact information to its judging organization for the purposes of prize winner selection, clearance and fulfillment. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list.
