Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Any items to return must be sent back unused and with their original packaging. Please note that the cost of the return shipping (-10 EUR) will be deducted from the refund. This applies to both returns and exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the initial order and place a new order.

Claims
If you believe your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to hello@aurezzi.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
